It is a shame with this turtle speed as I really like Outlook and the software (very good design and calendar). Hey guys, I just bought an Office 365 subscription and I'm trying to switch from Apple Mail to Outlook 2016 because it looks smooth, fast and secure. My phone and tablet is fast on the same Wifi connection, the outlook especially is very slow in synchronising the emails and calendar. Outlook 2016 vs Zoho Mail, can't sync zoho IMAP mail app accounts. Especially around 10am to 1 pm (GMT) the emails are getting stuck. The emails that is getting stuck seems to be time related as if there are too many people logged onto your servers so they cannot handle it. I realise I cannot get the same speed as a local exchange server, but I would expect a comparable So, no more speed on the emails, but a faster PC :-). I still have emails getting stuck when I email them in the out box as before I shut down the system services.
I understand that there are a lot of people connecting, but it is substantially slower than an ordinary SMTP/IMAP services that I have on my web/mail service provider, which is one of the biggest. The Mozilla Thunderbird is also slow, but a lot faster than Outlook-however, I presume they use different protocol IMAP towards Active sync(?), while connecting to your servers. Removed all the services which made the PC faster, but also wonder why all those services are running as the PC works as good , if not better, than before.
