Google and the amateurish design and messy GUI and many other things in it. New contacts and their updates flow seamlessly back and. I have used Thunderbird as it can add some other stuff that is for free, but I have always disliked the calendar since it is integrating with Unito connects your Microsoft Outlook folders with your other tools and keeps everything in sync.
#Zoho outlook sync software
It is a shame with this turtle speed as I really like Outlook and the software (very good design and calendar). Early and late, GMT, it is working OK (not impressive speed though), but midday it is very slow.įrom my perspective this sounds like a server issue since the speed should otherwise be similar and not fluctuate during the day. I have tested the emails a lot and that is also time related. The problem I have is that for some reason I can't set up my zoho IMAP mail accounts (). Hey guys, I just bought an Office 365 subscription and I'm trying to switch from Apple Mail to Outlook 2016 because it looks smooth, fast and secure. My phone and tablet is fast on the same Wifi connection, the outlook especially is very slow in synchronising the emails and calendar. Outlook 2016 vs Zoho Mail, can't sync zoho IMAP mail app accounts. Enter your name as it will be displayed to external users, your email address and password for your Office 365 account, then click save.

Navigate to Settings > Channels > Email > and click on Office 365. It is very often hanging with "Waiting for the server". You also have the option to sync your MS Outlook email to Zoho CRM via IMAP (recommended) or POP.
#Zoho outlook sync install
Just download and install the Microsoft Outlook plug-in from Zoho Calendar to get syncing. Outlook is remarkably slower when it is about updating the emails. Sync and access your Outlook calendar right from Zoho Calendar. Sending the emails later or earlier during theĪnother thing that is remarkable is that the mobile phone syncs faster and easier that Outlook and Thunderbird on my mailbox.

Especially around 10am to 1 pm (GMT) the emails are getting stuck. The emails that is getting stuck seems to be time related as if there are too many people logged onto your servers so they cannot handle it. I realise I cannot get the same speed as a local exchange server, but I would expect a comparable So, no more speed on the emails, but a faster PC :-). I still have emails getting stuck when I email them in the out box as before I shut down the system services.

I understand that there are a lot of people connecting, but it is substantially slower than an ordinary SMTP/IMAP services that I have on my web/mail service provider, which is one of the biggest. The Mozilla Thunderbird is also slow, but a lot faster than Outlook-however, I presume they use different protocol IMAP towards Active sync(?), while connecting to your servers. Removed all the services which made the PC faster, but also wonder why all those services are running as the PC works as good , if not better, than before.
